Booking & Surcharge fees are charged by A-Plus Travels. They are factored into the base fare the instant you see pricing. Additional details are provided below.

Taxes are billed separately from Booking and/or Surcharge Fees. Taxes are calculated only after you click to proceed to the next step in the booking process. You can always back up and/or cancel the booking process since you are not obligated to make a purchase. Taxes are highly variable depending on which cities you fly through. For flights headed overseas, they can approach the $100-$200 range per passenger. A few of the taxes that can be charged include fuel taxes, airport taxes, and government taxes. Such taxes are usually not a percentage of your fare. As a result, taxes could take up an appreciable percentage of your total cost for very low fares. As an example, some flights to Las Vegas have taxes that are 30% (or more) of the amount charged for the actual fare. No travel web sites or travel agencies have any control over the amount of taxes that may be included in your fares!

Our fees for air fares are factored into the initial base fare charge. There is a $15.00 fee that covers technology licensing fees and surcharges per passenger. We have a separate, flat-rate, booking fee of $20.00. So, if you booked tickets for two (or more) passengers, there is only a single booking fee of $20.00.

Our fees for other than air fares are based on a sliding scale based on the total price of your booking and the duration of your stay. For bookings less than $80.00, there is a surcharge fee of $1.75 per person per night and a one-time booking fee of $15.00 for one night or $30.00 for two or more nights. For bookings between $80.00 and $120.00, there is a surcharge fee of $2.75 per person per night and a one-time booking fee of $10.00 for one night or $25.00 for two or more nights. For bookings greater than $120.00, there is a surcharge fee of $3.75 per person per night and a one-time booking fee of $10.00 for one night or $15.00 for two or more nights.
